These drop-in sits are offered by Seattle Insight Assistant Teachers and often include a 30 minute lightly guided meditation and discussion. They are suitable for both beginning and experienced practitioners. We welcome you to join us anytime.

Registration & Donation

Registration is not needed for this event. The suggested donation is $5, plus teacher dana. Dana is a term for generosity, or freely offered giving. You can read more about dana here.

Please use your best efforts to offer the suggested donation or another heartfelt amount. All are welcome regardless of the ability to pay.

Dana for both Seattle Insight and the teachers can be offered online or in person.
