Seattle Insight’s Local Dharma Leaders (LDLs) are experienced dharma practitioners who have been given permission by Seattle Insight’s Guiding Teachers to share the Buddha’s teachings with the sangha. With mentoring and supervision, LDLs lead a variety of Seattle Insight’s classes and hold individual interviews.
