Seattle Insight Meditation Local Dharma Leaders (LDLs) are experienced dharma practitioners who have been given permission by Seattle Insight’s Guiding Teachers to share the Buddha’s teachings with the sangha. With mentoring and supervision, LDLs lead a variety of Seattle Insight’s classes and hold individual interviews.

Seattle Insight is a nonprofit organization founded by a group of longtime practitioners. The mission of SIMS is to offer the Buddha’s teachings on insight and awareness to all those who seek them and to support a spiritual community centered in the Pacific Northwest.
