Awakening into The Paramis
The Paramis are the ten states of mind, attitudes, or behaviors that lead to peace. They do not exist in a vacuum and are interrelated with each other. The Paramis are fluid, flowing in and out of each other, having no boundary lines or strict definitions. We practice by keeping them lightly in balance in the back of our minds.
