Who We Are

Seattle Insight is an established and growing community of dedicated volunteers, a core leadership team who offer regular teachings and practice support, and a Board of Directors which helps oversee the direction of the organization. Practitioners of all experience levels and all backgrounds are welcome here.

Affordability

Seattle Insight is sustained by the generosity of the sangha, allowing us to make the teachings freely available to all, regardless of one’s ability to pay.

Welcoming

We acknowledge that many people face barriers to participating in our work due to biases and social structures based on race, class, gender identity, ethnicity, sexual orientation, age, ability, religion and other factors. We are dedicated to taking responsibility for these biases wherever we encounter them, and strive to create practice opportunities and spaces that welcome all people.
