Death and Dying Support Project

Death and Dying Support at Seattle Insight

Seattle Insight Death and
Dying Support Project

This Seattle Insight group has met together for many years to explore, in the context of our Dharma practice, our common interest in learning to be present for death and dying. Our shared purpose has been to get more comfortable with death and the process of dying, to hone our awareness of the obstacles to presence, and to practice less fear and separation – so that we can turn towards death and dying rather than turn away when it arises in our lives.

The group is not currently accepting new members and has now turned its focus toward putting our practice into action.  From the foundation we have built, we are prepared to offer our presence to those in our sangha who are terminally ill or imminently dying. Our primary intention is to support your Dharma practice with our friendship in the midst of this critical time.

Please contact us if your loved one is terminally ill and would like to learn more about what we do. Contact Tracy Bell.
