Sunday morning online sits at Seattle Insight starts with a lightly guided 40 minute meditation, followed by a Dharma talk and discussion.

Registration & Donation
Registration is not needed for this event. The suggested donation is $5, plus teacher dana. Dana is a term for generosity, or freely-offered giving. You can read more about dana here.
Please use your best efforts to offer the suggested donation or another heartfelt amount. All are welcome regardless of the ability to pay.
Dana for both Seattle Insight and the Teachers can be offered online or in-person.
