These drop-in sits are offered by Tim Geil and often include a 30 minute lightly guided meditation and discussion. They are suitable for both beginning and experienced practitioners. We welcome you to join us anytime.
Registration & Donation
Registration is not needed for this event. The suggested donation is $5, plus teacher dana. Dana is a term for generosity, or freely offered giving. You can read more about dana here.
