Every Monday evening at Seattle Insight starts with a silent or lightly guided 40 minute meditation, followed by a Dharma talk and discussion. It is recommended that those who attend have had introductory meditation instruction in mindfulness or Insight Meditation at Seattle Insight or elsewhere. Talks are offered as part of an ongoing series, but you are welcome to attend any time.
Registration & Donation
Registration is not needed for this event. The suggested donation is $5, plus teacher dana. Dana is a term for generosity, or freely-offered giving. You can read more about dana here.
Please use your best efforts to offer the suggested donation or another heartfelt amount. All are welcome regardless of the ability to pay.
Dana for both Seattle Insight and the Teachers can be offered online or in-person.
