Session Description

The Buddha’s teachings on self and not-self are central to our understanding of the dharma, and yet can be challenging. For those who participated in our recent daylong on Anatta, we are interested in knowing how focusing on these teachings may have changed your practice and your experience. We’d like to hear about how you are practicing with Anatta. There may be questions or topics you’d like to discuss with others, and this two-hour long gathering will provide that opportunity. The time will include a short sit, a brief overview of what was presented at the daylong, and time for questions and discussion. Those who did not attend the daylong but are interested in Anatta are also welcome.

The talks from the daylong are available on the SIMS website here.

A short article on Anatta from Gil Fronsdal is available here.

We look forward to having this conversation with you.
