Ellen McCown

Ellen McCown has been practicing Insight Meditation since 1985, including completing several intensive long retreats and serving on the staff of the Insight Meditation Society. Ellen is a founding board member of SIMS and actively participates in sangha life. She works part-time, with different hats, as researcher and chaplain at the University of Washington.
