Anushka teaches retreats and workshops around the country and has trained for 25 years in the Theravada tradition in the U.S., India and Sri Lanka. Anushka is on the Teacher’s Council at Spirit Rock Meditation Center and hosts a weekly meditation group in San Francisco, Monday Night Dharma. Her teaching is informed by creative arts, nature, political engagement, technology and modern urban life. Anushka also works as an leadership coach and management consultant, influenced by a BA in anthropology and religion from Harvard University and an MBA from the Yale School of Management.
