Practice and Reflection: Emotions
This week, when you recognize an emotion is present, recognize it as a chance to practice the Dharma. Bring this emphasis equally to both formal meditation periods and daily life. Use these three approaches as a guide:
Ground and create space.
Release story and beliefs.
Connect with what is most tender and tend it with compassion.
