Everything that happens at Seattle Insight happens through the generous and sustained efforts of many volunteers: greeters, registrars, coordinators, facilitators, newsletter editors and authors, website/social media wizards, people who help light our hallways, people who sweep our hallway floors: Please come and be appreciated! The event will include metta meditation, a Dharma talk, statements of appreciation and recognition of achievements in 2025, a look forward into our 2026 ambitions, and a chance to socialize over tea and treats.
