Eastside Insight sits begin with a 40 minute meditation, followed by a check-in, Dharma talk and discussion. We meditate together and explore the teachings of the Buddha, based on the suttas and the Dharma of wise Theravada teachers. The group is warm and supportive, with an emphasis on communication.
Registration & Donation
Registration is not needed for this event. The suggested donation is $5, plus teacher dana. Dana is a term for generosity, or freely offered giving. You can read more about dana here.
Please use your best efforts to offer the suggested donation or another heartfelt amount. All are welcome regardless of the ability to pay.
Dana for both Seattle Insight and the Teachers can be offered online or in person.
