Study your speech this week, especially any distortion of truth. Notice, without judgment, whether you say things accurately. Be vigilant of your intentions. What prompts you to exaggerate or lie? Notice how divided you are from the world when your speech is harsh or motivated by personal gain. Now return to wise view. Relax into humility and feel the heartís connection. Let your speech flow from the warmth of connection. Use any false or harsh speech as a cue that you are operating from a view of separation.
