Description
(Please note: Due to an equipment limitation, the recording ends before the end of the Q&A period.)
The most distinctive and iconic teaching of the Buddha is that of non-self, that there is no true self, soul or self-existing being behind the flow of actions, speech, thoughts and emotions that we identify with. In this talk we will explore how the Buddha addressed our conventional sense of self, while he simultaneously taught contemplative meditations designed to uproot the delusions that keep us attached to fictitious projections of who we think we are.
