This week, bring attention to the fundamental patterns and habits of your mind. These are the ones that underlie many different arenas of our lives. For example: Hungry Mind, Comparing Mind, Controlling Mind, Judging Mind, Inadequate Mind. Practice with these three steps: 1) Stepping back and acknowledging as habit/pattern; 2) Turning toward with compassion and stillness; 3) Seeing as inherently empty.
