Sensitize your attention to dukkha throughout the day. Not in a despairing manner, but simply acknowledging "This is dukkha."
Hold this inquiry, "Is this subject to change, then dukkha. Is this subject to selfing, then dukkha." When the mind is quiet, notice what is not dukkha.
