We will explore how joy naturally develops through generosity, ethical living, mental cultivation , mindfulness, and wisdom. We will discover that the Dhamma transforms ordinary moments into opportunities for inner growth, replacing fear with courage , anger with loving kindness/ compassion, attachment with generosity, and delusion with wisdom. The gathering will include guided meditation, Dhamma talk , question and answer session. This is the first of two offerings. The next one will be on Monday, September 21.
