Session Description
The Dhamma is not merely a philosophy to study but a path to be lived and experienced. Every step taken in accordance with the Noble Eightfold Path brings greater peace, freedom, and genuine joy . In fact , true joy  arises not from external possessions or worldly success, but from seeing the mind become lighter, kinder, wiser, and more liberated.

We will explore how joy naturally develops through generosity, ethical living, mental cultivation , mindfulness, and wisdom. We will discover that the Dhamma transforms ordinary moments into opportunities for inner growth, replacing fear with courage , anger with loving kindness/ compassion,  attachment with generosity, and delusion with wisdom. The gathering will include guided meditation, Dhamma talk , question and answer session.  This is the second of two offerings, and is in place of the weekly Monday Meditation and Dhamma Offfering.
