To be truthful, we first must recognize what is true. Using the two hallmarks of resonance and simplicity, practice noticing the essential truth of each moment. Truth will stand on its own, without the need for elaboration or justification. Allow truth to be be an alive expression of each moment. Truthfulness is speaking and acting from that expression.
