Description
Movement integrates our insights into living reality rather than theoretical assumptions. When the insights become part of the living tissue of our body, a natural spontaneity arises.
Homework
Notice how you seem to lose awareness in movement. Awareness becomes secondarily important to the outcome of the action. Thoughts direct your energy into the future of where you are going and what will happen when you get there. The actual movement is left unattended and becomes controlled by your past conditioning. Test the theory that thought must lead the action by making your primary intention wakefulness during movement. Yielding to wakefulness as your primary intention will show you that you do not have to think ahead of your awareness.
