Description
So much of our energy in life is expended getting, having, doing, becoming, enjoying, … more and more. We have all felt, at times, that we are on an endless treadmill scrambling to complete a never-ending “To-Do” list. This is exhausting! The Buddha suggested a “Not To-Do” list that actually leads to greater happiness when he said, “If by renouncing a lesser happiness, one attains to a happiness that is greater, then let the wise pursue that happiness which is greater.” What did the Buddha have in mind? This is the subject of tonight’s talk.
