Restlessness and worry force you to think ahead of yourself. Worry requires you to solve problems before they manifest. Do you feel worry is necessary for a safe world? Though planning has its place, we think we can make reality failsafe through its use. Does worry come form the fear of making a mistake or being seen as inadequate? Try working within the conflict rather than resolving it ahead of time. Whenever you find yourself worrying, simply say, “Let me live this experience when it comes, rather than worry.” It may or may not turn out as you wish. Either way, you can work with the results.
