Read and reflect upon the Karaniya Metta Sutta this week. Practice metta when feeling angry, fearful, or anxious. Try different forms of metta, from phrases to a wordless quality. Also try offering metta to others and toward yourself. Which ways are beneficial? What do you notice from this practice?
