Practice and Reflection

As we explore boundaries this month, begin by reflecting on healthy boundaries. Where is the sense of you ending and another person beginning? Explore the healthy and appropriate boundaries around your body, mind, emotions and energy. What conditioning do you bring to boundaries? For example, what did your parents teach you about boundaries? How does that affect you now? Reflect on how your relationship to boundaries shapes your Dharma practice.
