After wandering a spiritual wasteland with no lasting satisfaction I took an introductory class offered by SIMS in the winter of 2017 and found the exploration of Buddhism principles to be the best fit for the practice of my heart/mind.   The teachings of the Buddha from 2500 years ago were readily available to me and for which I feel immense gratitude to those unnamed people who preserved and brought them forward to this day. It is myhope, desire, and purpose to help preserve and forward those same teachings so they might be available 2500 years into the future.   I have a deep and abiding respect and love for any and all sanghas that I am part of.
