Led by Steve Wilhelm, we meditate together and explore the teachings of the Buddha, based on the suttas and the Dharma of wise Theravada teachers. The group is warm and supportive, with an emphasis on communication.
The Eastside Insight Meditation group now operates on a hybrid model, so people can attend live via Zoom or in person. The in person portion is in the chapel at Northlake Unitarian Universalist Church in 308 4th Ave S., Kirkland.
