Jude Rozen has been a meditation practitioner since the late 60's, and teaches meditation groups in Tacoma and Thurston County, as well as retreats for beginners at Cloud Mountain Center. She has also been an instructor for Sharon Salzberg and Joseph Goldstein's Insight Meditation Course since 1997. With long experience in both the Theravada and Tibetan traditions of Buddhism, she emphasizes both the practice techniques and the healing benefits of Lovingkindness and Mindfulness Meditation, and the Mahayana teachings on compassion.
