Description
The Buddha was a scientist of the human condition. He awoke to the nature of the body-mind environment and understood the biological, genetic, moral, psychological, kammic and dhammic laws he was heir to. In dhamma practice, we discover the causes and conditions at play in the world and with awareness and insight realize the emptiness (suññata) of the unique yet ever-changing conjunction of conditions we call “me.” This realization liberates the mind from latent tendencies that manifest as suffering.
