Devon and Nico Hase have studied with some of the great meditation teachers of our time. Their book “”How Not To Be A Hot Mess: A Survival Guide for Modern Life”” emphasizes the importance of living with integrity and ethics in the midst of our chaotic world. When they are not in months-long retreat, they teach mindfulness widely in the United States and Europe.
