I moved to Seattle in my 20s, and fell in love with the natural beauty of the Pacific Northwest. My wife and I share our passion for the outdoors with our 2 children, age 4 and 7. In the fall of 2019, I attended the Introduction to Meditation series through SIMS as my first formal exposure to meditation. My love for the practice and the Dharma came as naturally and as quickly as my love for nature and my family. I'm so grateful that I found the practice when I did, and it is a great pleasure to be part of this sangha.
