Please join us for a non-residential weekend retreat with Tuere Sala, one of the Guiding Teachers of Seattle Insight. There will be a Friday evening program and a weekend retreat. No registration is required for the Friday evening program. Registration will be required for the weekend retreat. Description
When external conditions begin to fluctuate and spin at a fast pace, we need to know how to ground and stabilize ourselves internally. This is what the four foundations of mindfulness are pointing towards. Knowing how to establish mindfulness is an empowerment. It creates agency in oneself and allows us to move through challenging situations with strength and integrity.

Registration & Donation
Registration for the weekend retreat is required. All ticket holders for the weekend non-residential retreat receive the Zoom link via email the day before the event. If you need to cancel your registration, please email registrar@seattleinsight.org prior to the beginning of the event. Your registration donation covers the cost of organizing the event only and does not go to the teacher. At the event, you will have the opportunity to offer dana (freely-offered giving) directly to the teacher.
