Understanding and Living the Four Noble Truths with Narayan (Online)
With guest teacher Narayan Helen Liebenson
This is a 2 day non-residential retreat, Saturday May 22 – Sunday, May 23.
All Buddhist paths are based on understanding these timeless truths: the acknowledgment of inner suffering, the causes of inner suffering, a path leading to the end of inner suffering, and its end. From the first through to the fourth, these four truths are essential guides that offer entry into the whole of the path. During this weekend we will focus on understanding them more deeply and putting them into practice in the midst of our lives as they are.
Narayan Helen Liebenson is a guiding teacher at the Cambridge Insight Meditation Center, where she has taught since 1985. She is the author of When Singing, Just Sing: Life As Meditation.
