Under 40 is an ongoing practice group specifically for people in their 20’s and 30’s.  The 2nd Wednesdays of the month (meets both ONLINE and IN-PERSON at UFM) are led by Keri Pederson, and the 4th Wednesdays (ONLINE ONLY) are peer-led by rotating facilitators.  The group starts with a 30 minute sitting meditation, with instruction offered on the 2nd Wednesdays.  An introduction to insight (vipassana) meditation, or mindfulness meditation, is helpful but not required.
