SUMMARY:Under 40 Practice Group (In-Person & Online)
DESCRIPTION:Under 40 is an ongoing practice group specifically for people in their 20’s and 30’s. The 2nd Wednesdays of the month are led by Keri Pederson (meeting both online and in person)\, and the 4th Wednesdays are led by rotating facilitators (meeting online only). The group starts with a 30 minute sitting meditation\, followed by a short reflection and discussion. An introduction to Insight Meditation\, or mindfulness meditation\, is helpful but not required \nRegistration & Donation\nRegistration is not needed for this event. The suggested donation is $5\, plus teacher dana. Dana is a term for generosity\, or freely-offered giving. You can read more about dana here. \nPlease use your best efforts to offer the suggested donation or another heartfelt amount. All are welcome regardless of the ability to pay. \nDana for both Seattle Insight and the Teachers can be offered online or in-person.
