An event every week that begins at 6:30 pm on Thursday, repeating indefinitely

The Capitol Hill Meditation Group is a drop-in group dedicated to supporting the meditation practice of people living in the Seattle area. Previous Vipassana practice and/or previous attendance at an beginning meditation class is helpful but not essential. A 30 minute sit begins at 6:30 pm with a short dharma talk and open discussion following. More information can be found on the Capitol Hill Meditation Group’s page where you can register for events and receive notifications from Tuere and the group.

The Oxherding Pictures

This year we’ll be reflecting on our Vipassana practice using the Zen 10 Oxherding Pictures.

On Mondays, Thursdays and Sundays, we will explore we will explore the Oxherding Pictures. Please join us for this rich exploration.
