Everything Changes, and Shedding Layers of Self-delusion

Daylong Class

Emily Carpenter Steve Wilhelm
with Emily Carpenter and Steve Wilhelm

1/12/2019 9:30 AM - 4:30 PM at Northlake Unitarian Universalist Church, (308 4th Avenue South, Kirkland, 98033) (Map It)

Here's an opportunity to untangle from the holidays, and connect with our potential for inner freedom. Together we'll explore the changing nature of our experience, and our ever-changing sense of who we are. Through meditation we can find peace and clarity in the middle of everything.

The daylong will include sitting and walking meditation, discussion circles with the teachers, and opportunities to speak individually with the teachers.
