Dharma Talk - The Magnanimous Heart; compassion and love, loss and grief, joy and liberation
with Narayan Helen Liebenson
9:00 PM at Seattle Insight Meditation Center, (2729 6th Ave. S., Seattle, 98134) (Map It)
The magnanimous heart is a heart of balance and buoyancy, of generosity and inclusivity. It allows us to approach each moment exactly as it is, free from agendas and should. In Narayan’s new book, The Magnanimous Heart, she shows us how to turn the sting and anguish of loss into a direct experience of enoughness - the deep joy, peace, and happiness within our own hearts that exists beyond circumstances. On this Friday evening Narayan will offer a short sitting, a talk on a passage from her book, and a Q&A.
