See full retreat schedule below.

Guiding Teachers Tuere Sala and Tim Geil will be offering the first sandwich retreat at SIMS. We will explore the Five Faculties (faith, energy, mindfulness, concentration, and wisdom) as a path of practice. A sandwich retreat is designed to offer the dedicated time of a retreat within the context of our normal lives, allowing retreatants to work and sleep at home. This unique form of retreat emphasizes the integration of Dharma while living our lives.

The retreat begins and ends with a daylong, with evening sessions Monday to Friday (except Tuesday night.) Tuere and Tim will offer dharma talks, interviews, daily reflections and home practices. Just like a residential retreat, retreatants are asked to commit to the entire retreat. This builds continuity and momentum of practice. Please plan to attend all six sessions. You must attend on Sunday in order to take part in this retreat.

This retreat is open to all dharma students. Beginners are welcome.
