1/27/2018 9:00 AM - 4:30 PM at Northlake Unitarian Universalist Church, (308 4th Avenue South, Kirkland, 98033) (Map It)

This day of mindfulness will offer an opportunity for Eastside people to deepen their mindfulness meditation practice together. The day will consist of periods of sitting and walking meditation, talks by the teachers, and small groups to discuss meditation practice together.

We will break for lunch. It is best to bring your lunch so you don't have to deal with restaurants mid-retreat.

The teachers will share their own experience in sustaining a long-term meditation practice that is fruitful and rewarding. For practice to deepen, we must feel encouraged with a sense we're using our time wisely, and with tools to help us navigate easy and difficult periods.

We look forward to practicing together on the Eastside, for a longer period than the evenings provided by Eastside Insight Meditation. All are welcome from Seattle and other locations as well.
