Postponed: Daylong Retreat - Sustaining Practice
4:30 PM at Seattle Insight Meditation Center, (2729 6th Ave. S., Seattle, 98134) (Map It)
This event has been postponed due to unexpected circumstances. A new time has not been set. We will update you with more information when it is available.
Sustaining Practice is a daylong retreat being offered by Sooz Appel and Lyndal Johnson - two local Dharma Leaders. Between them, Lyndal and Sooz have been practicing nearly 50 years. Join them to look at what sustains our practice through all the ups and downs of life. The day will include some sitting and walking as well as dyads and small groups. We'll identify what already works for each of us, hear ideas from Lyndal and Sooz and share suggestions from all those attending. No matter how long one has been meditating, there can be some rough patches. This daylong is designed to help us weather those times and nourish our practice in everyday life.
