Mindfulness practice assumes a connection with the body but many practitioners have a difficult time connecting with the body. The disconnection can be due to past trauma, a negative self image or insecurity around one’s present circumstances. There is, however, a way to connect with the body through slow and gentle contemplation. This class is about learning the benefits of such a practice towards finding safety in the body and discovering the glorious strength of the heart.
If you have any questions about the class, please contact Tuere by clicking here to email her.
The suggested donation is $25 for the class series plus dana for the teacher.
