The path of awakening emphasizes both inner development and the embodiment of that understanding in every area of our life. Through teaching, meditation and discussion this weekend will explore what it means live a life of embodied kindness and care rooted in a deep understanding of the dhamma. It is encouraged that people attend the full retreat as the teaching will span both days.
Each day of this retreat begins at 9:00am and ends at 4:30pm. The retreat will meet in the Seattle Insight Meditation Center, located at 2729 6th Avenue South, Seattle.
Participants are encouraged to bring a sack lunch, as nearby restaurant options are limited.
